Whether you’re picking up a club for the first time or looking to sharpen your game, Running Deer Golf Club is Salem County’s welcoming home for women’s golf. From our signature Ladies Night Out evenings — golf, instruction, and social connection all in one — to the competitive community of the Running Deer Women’s Golf Association, women golfers of every skill level have a place to learn, play, and belong in the heart of South Jersey.

Ladies Night Out (LNO) is a Running Deer signature program designed for women golfers of every age and ability. Each Wednesday from May through August we combine golf instruction, up to 9 holes of play using fun friendly-competition formats, and social time at Seven Tap-Tavern afterward. It’s the perfect evening for anyone looking to learn the game, meet new friends, network with other women, or simply enjoy a night out.
- 2026 Season: May 20 – August 26 (Tuesdays, 5:00 – 8:00 PM)
- Opening Night Kick-Off Party: May 20
- Fee: $40 per person, per week — includes clinic, golf, 1 drink, and happy-hour pricing

Women’s Golf Association
The Running Deer Women’s Golf Association is designed for women who love to play, share in camaraderie, and improve their games together. The league is open to Running Deer members of every skill level. After each round, players gather in Seven Tap-Tavern for lunch and weekly awards — the social side is part of the draw. A USGA GHIN handicap index is required; the golf shop can help you establish one if you don’t already have it.
- 18-Hole League — 9:30 AM Wednesday tee-off
- League fees: $50 per season plus a $5 weekly entry fee.

Instruction & Membership
Beyond LNO and the WGA, women golfers at Running Deer have access to private lessons with our professional staff and practice facilities on our scenic wooded course. Tour the course details to see our par-72 layout through the rolling pine country of southern New Jersey, then explore our golf membership options, which include playing privileges at all seven courses in the Ron Jaworski Golf network (Back Creek, Blue Heron Pines, Downingtown, Ramblewood, RiverWinds, and Valleybrook). For larger groups we host golf outings, and every round — including league and LNO nights — ends at Seven Tap-Tavern.
