Each memorial luncheon package includes a full buffet with chef-prepared entrées or gourmet sandwiches, seasonal salads, housemade desserts, and a self-serve hydration station with iced tea, lemonade, and water. All packages include service staff, tableware, and setup. Beverage service and bar options—from beer and wine to premium open bars—are available as add-ons

How many guests can the space accommodate?

Running Deer Golf Club event spaces can accommodate up to 200 guests in our Grand Ballroom. Smaller rooms and flexible indoor-outdoor options are also available for more intimate memorial luncheons ranging from 16-60 guests.

Are custom tributes or slideshows allowed?

Audio-visual equipment is available for slideshow presentations.

Can we use our own officiant or clergy?
