About the Spaces
Beyond our main ballroom, two additional rooms give you the flexibility to right-size the space to your guest count and the tone you want to set. The Tee Room is the more intimate of the two. With seating for up to 50, it carries all of the luxurious finishes you’ll find in the ballroom — only on a smaller scale. Window-lined walls flood the room with natural light throughout the day, making it the kind of private event space that photographs beautifully and welcomes guests warmly.
The Lounge is our upscale executive conference room — a polished corporate event venue anchored by a long conference table that comfortably seats 16. As Running Deer’s dedicated data and information center, The Lounge is fully equipped with fax, computer, and high-speed WiFi access.

For weekend events and peak-season dates (May through October), we recommend reaching out 4 to 8 months in advance to secure your preferred date.
